The role of the parent liaison representatives is:

To be a point of contact for parents. Contact details would be published in Ripples and on the web site.

To improve communication between parents and the College

Attend meetings for parent liaison representatives with the various school coordinator (Primary; Nicole Palmada, Middle School; Wayne Pascoe, Senior School; Robern Hinchliffe).

To act as a liaison between parents, students and staff.

Organise year level social functions for parents such as morning teas/dinners.

Compile year level contact lists

Assist the College in the coordinating of year level events such as:
Year 7 – Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea, Acquaintance Day program
Year 8 – Orientation Program, Year 8 camp
Year 9 – Student Council Morning Tea, ANZAC Day Assembly, Year 9 Worship supper
Year 10 – afternoon tea for new Senior School students
Year 11 – Prefect Induction Morning tea, Formal
Year 12 – Scholars morning tea, Valedictory dinner, Year 12 Worship service supper.
